The guy I talked to said they were aware of the problem and in the process of fixing it. He took down my info, said he is passing it to his supervisor to get it fixed. I can only believe him at this point. In a few days, if it isn't remove, I will take action.
Yes we know that CRA's can and do make mistakes, but because Discover knows this also, they are blaming the CRA instead of themselves.
