Have you checked your state and the state of the CA to see if they are legal?
I am not sure if how the accounts that were included in you BK are listed impact your score but I suspect they do. Because the creditors are not entitled to any money after BK they have nothing to gain by fighting so I have found that after some disputes all my accounts that were included in BK are all listed as just included in CH 7 BK or something similar.
